Overview
Graduate Apprentice Trainee supporting engineering teams across design discussions, technical reviews, documentation, and project execution.
What you'll do
- Support engineering teams in design discussions, technical reviews, and project execution.
- Review project specifications, datasheets, and tender/bid documents to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and update general arrangement and manufacturing drawings, including legacy/redrawn drawings.
- Perform quality checks and self-reviews to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete.
- Use engineering tools/software such as Solid Edge or similar 2D/3D systems for design and documentation.
- Maintain project documentation and records in line with IMS and company standards.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation/Metallurgy/Mechatronics/Production Technology.
- Minimum 70% in the Bachelor of Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work as a strong team player.
- Experience using engineering tools or software such as Solid Edge or similar 2D/3D systems.

- Reports to the Team Leader.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Supports engineers in project proposals and execution.
