Overview

Entry-level administrative role supporting the Managed Services Client Service Desk team, including coordinating service requests and maintaining ticket documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Perform entry-level administrative tasks as required by the team.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure the correct escalation procedure is followed on critical calls and requests.
• Receive, validate, and log client requests, capturing request details.
• Assist in analyzing and interpreting escalation requests for correct categorization and prioritization.
• Maintain relevant documents for tickets/requests, including client information.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
