Graduate Engineer – Production Planner

Overview

Graduate Engineer role in production planning, coordinating customer order booking, daily machine-wise production schedules and material requirements.

What you'll do

• Book customer orders and share delivery commitments considering process and raw material lead time.
• Prepare the daily machine-wise production plan in the ERP system.
• Release process job cards and route card processes to machines as per schedules.
• Obtain daily output information (number of finished products against plan, etc.).
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Prepare the material requirement plan based on LOB.
• Monitor OEE, OTIF and throughput on a daily basis.
• Chase the concerned departments to deliver parts according to the plan.
• Prepare the material requirement sheet according to the bill of material (BOM) and share it with purchase monthly.

What you'll need

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Previous experience in or with: Fresher.
• Skills: MS Office and ERP SAP.
• Accurate, with an eye for detail and thoroughness.
• Ambitious, with the desire to grow and realize your potential.
• Analytical, able to interpret complex data and translate it into useful information for decision-making.
• Collaborative, asking and listening, taking ideas on board and working with your team.
