Senior Specialist SCM

Overview

Supply chain planning role covering inventory, production planning, supplier collaboration and process optimization, with a focus on semiconductor supply planning.

What you'll do

• Perform supply chain functions, which may include logistics, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
• Focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes.
• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning and forecasting, and measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
• Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
• Focus on improving system planning, working cross-functionally to ensure part creations and other system-related parameters are updated on a regular basis.
• Carry out project, administrative, governance and/or supervisory duties related to the management of the team, business unit, and/or project.
• Plan and prioritize work, coordinate across stakeholders, comply with internal policies and processes, and ensure quality and timely delivery of agreed outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant working experience.
• Know-how in SAP supply planning tools, including relevant SAP modules such as MM and PP.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor supply planning.
