Group Copy Supervisor, Market Access

Overview

Leads content development and strategy across medical communications projects for multiple pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. Supervises medical writers and scientific associates while ensuring scientific accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.

What you'll do

• Develop medically accurate content across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Review briefs and timelines, assign staff, and attend kick-off meetings.
• Review content for scientific accuracy and project appropriateness.
• Liaise with clients and external medical stakeholders on strategy and content.
• Supervise 2–4 medical writers and/or scientific associates.
• Support proposals, target product profiles, competitive analyses, and business pitches.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience in medical communications, pharmaceuticals, and/or healthcare.
• BA/BS in life sciences, or BA/BS in English with relevant agency or healthcare experience.
• Command of American Medical Association style.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong proficiency with PubMed and Google Scholar.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for managed care audiences.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in life sciences, such as a PharmD or PhD.
• Managed markets, healthcare delivery, health reform, or managed care experience.
• Ability to develop engaging promotional content.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Annual compensation range: $117,000–$165,000 USD.
• Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
