Overview
Growth Marketing Manager (US) at Qdrant, an open-source vector search engine, to build the systems and demand generation engine that turn market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue.
What you'll do
- Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows to spin up integrated campaigns without rebuilding from scratch.
- Run priority campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel execution and pipeline accountability.
- Architect cohort-based nurture journeys (content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture) that move contacts from first touch toward sales readiness rather than sending high-intent accounts directly into cold sales outreach.
- Improve the new-user onboarding sequence.
- Own the monthly newsletter.
- Manage the startup program.
- Use signals, scoring, AI tools, and connected workflows to identify who to target, determine the next best action, and execute campaigns efficiently.
- Make content and signals legible to the tools buyers now use to choose vendors.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, its technical capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Product Marketing on relevant, value-driven campaigns.
What you'll need
- 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience running campaigns end to end in B2B tech, ideally toward technical audiences or for open-source products.
- Hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures via email and in-app.
- Builder mindset: pull and shape data yourself to build lists and scoring, and be fluent in signal and scoring tools.
- Systems-level thinking: understand how each campaign, workflow, and data point feeds the broader growth engine.
- Familiarity with agentic approaches; think in connected tools and automated workflows, not manual steps.
- Problem solving: work from a goal and identify the steps and systems needed to get there.
