GSS Performance Live Technical Analyst

Overview

Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable Performance Live service delivery to customers by monitoring wells, maintaining remote data acquisition systems, and providing high-quality well data and job deliverables.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
• Monitor the well to provide timely and factual information to customers.
• Remain permanently connected with rig site personnel and maintain the remote data acquisition system to assure continuous rig monitoring.
• Deliver high-quality data to the customer from the PLC.
• Observe HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain the required job and safety training.
• Act as the primary focal point for Well Monitoring operations.
• Ensure logging system and equipment setup meet the agreed customer SOP for each location.
• Monitor, record, and process well data and parameters, ensuring the integrity and reliability of well data.
• Perform service according to the customer-agreed SOP.
• Interact professionally with personnel and customer representatives from other service companies at the wellsite.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer well data.
• Capture and prepare field deliverables.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Compile the End of Well Report, customer-requested ad hoc reports, and daily reports.
• Prepare final job deliverables.
• Obtain customer acceptance of delivery.
• Deliver and archive final job deliverables.
• Prepare job invoice supporting documentation where applicable.
• Understand and adhere to Performance Live escalation protocols and job-specific RACI.
• Understand Performance Live location-specific IT and networking infrastructure.
• Prepare resources from the Performance Live Center point of view.
• Verify and prepare resources at the product line location for upcoming and ongoing jobs.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
