GTM Engineer - India

Overview

Build and operationalize AI-powered agents and workflow automation for revenue, sales, and go-to-market teams. Own systems that improve deal intelligence, rep productivity, forecasting, and opportunity management.

What you'll do

• Design AI-powered GTM agents for deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring.
• Translate revenue processes and business requirements into technical systems.
• Architect and maintain GTM data infrastructure, including file pipelines and data feeds.
• Build integrations across Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
• Deliver automation with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops.
• Develop reusable agents for QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review.
• Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping tools with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce data models, APIs, reporting, and permissions.
• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical systems independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP or similar LLM tool-use frameworks.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
• Experience building QBR automation, pipeline dashboards, or deal review tooling.
