Guest Service Associate (Front Office) role supporting the smooth running of the front office department to deliver guest journey and experience to required standards.

What you'll do

• Support and assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the front office department.
• Carry out assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve problems in a positive and responsive way.
• Support front office strategies and objectives for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department on maintaining departmental inventory and achieving productivity and performance targets.

What you'll need

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office.
• Degree/ Diploma specifically in the hotel management/front office domain is required.
