Business Operations, Lead

Overview

Lead business operations focused on inventory planning and process improvement within the Global Planning and Operations (GP&O) group.

What you'll do

• Drive inventory-related projects across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
• Maintain inventory strategies to improve product availability, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
• Analyse and track inventory issues, identify root causes using data indicators, and coordinate resolution.
• Highlight service alerts and E&O risk and coordinate to resolve issues.
• Analyse inventory trends and recommend replenishment strategies.
• Refresh replenishment parameters and assess inventory health parameters against targets.
• Collect and analyze data using BI tools/apps to develop metrics and support improvements.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• Have minimum 5-8 years of experience in equipment manufacturing, supply chain, or order execution, aftermarket supply chain preferred.
• Have preferred semiconductor business background.
• Have PMO exposure (preferred).
• Have a basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Have exposure to SAP, Kinaxis, O9, and/or other planning applications.
