Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst aligned to Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes through operational data reporting, analysis, and transaction reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Work with general ledger account structures that summarize sub-ledger accounts.
• Solve increasingly complex problems with minimal daily task instructions.
• Make decisions that impact your work and may impact others.
• Work as an individual contributor, or oversee a small work effort or team.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Primary skill in Account Reconciliations.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter qualification.
• Capability for analysis and solving complex problems.
• Ability to operate with moderate instruction on new assignments.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (as required).
