Sr. Lead, Alternatives Data Operations

Overview

Senior Lead for Alternatives Data Operations, responsible for human-in-loop review of Private Funds documents and ensuring alternatives data is processed, validated, and available within SLAs.

What you'll do

• Lead the operational strategy, team performance, and continuous improvement for Alternatives Data Ops.
• Manage Alternatives Data Ops analysts to review Private Fund statements, correct extracted data, and reprocess within SLAs.
• Build and scale the Alternatives Data Ops team.
• Establish processes, metrics, and KPIs for data quality, processing speed, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance for data delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate operational issues to manage blockers.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or related fields in financial services or wealth tech.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive Alternatives Data experience (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Private Credit) is required.
• Market Data experience (equities, fixed income, derivatives, pricing, corporate actions) is preferred.
• Proven experience improving data quality and operational efficiency.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including change management experience.
• Experience leading global teams and cross-functional/cross-regional projects.
