GWO Specialist

Overview

The GWO Specialist executes Payroll, Data & Reporting, and other HR services within the Global Workforce Operations team, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and HR system transactions.

What you'll do

• Provide advice on standard HR reports for field HR, managers, and stakeholders.
• Handle and build non-standard reports requested via the service delivery platform.
• Maintain data integrity across payroll, PeopleSoft, and other HR systems.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.
• Reconcile third-party systems with internal HR systems.
• Document HRIS and master database process flows and updates as systems change.
• Resolve employee inquiries and respond to HR questions via ServiceNow channels.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably from HR shared services.
• Degree in a relevant field with Graduate/Post Graduate specialization in HR.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle diverse and confidential information with extreme accuracy and discretion.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data.
• Understanding of HR processes and ability to communicate stakeholder needs to system development.

• Supports employee transaction processes and executes HR system changes.
• Assists with internal audit work and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance where applicable.
