Overview

Consulting role specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management applications within PwC's Digital Core Modernisation practice, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management.
• Utilize Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for data management and analysis.
• Engage in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Support project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning.
• Apply business analysis skills to discern patterns and inform strategic human resource planning.
• Participate in change management efforts to facilitate successful HR transformations.
• Leverage Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for generating insightful reports.
• Contribute to the development of employee engagement strategies and surveys.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems.
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for database management.
• Applying business process improvement techniques in client projects.
• Engaging in strategic human resource planning initiatives.
• Collaborating effectively in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
