Head Engineering Information, Compliance & CQV

Overview

Lead the Engineering Information and Compliance function for GCC-supported global design engineering projects. Drive compliant engineering information, qualification frameworks, governance, capability development, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead Engineering Information and Compliance teams and Design Leads.
• Plan workforce capability, succession, talent, recruitment, and retention activities.
• Establish standards, templates, procedures, and best practices for engineering and qualification work.
• Oversee governance, risk assessments, audits, lessons learned, and inspection-readiness support.
• Drive standardization, automation, digital information management, and lifecycle improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, project, digital manufacturing, and site stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, qualification, validation, compliance, engineering information management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, life sciences, information management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting GMP-regulated facilities and capital projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations and capability-building initiatives.
• Knowledge of GMP, ASTM E2500, GAMP5, CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles.
• Experience with validation and qualification frameworks, engineering information governance, and lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Kneat or other paperless validation systems.
