Head of Infrastructure

Overview

Head of Infrastructure responsible for architecting and scaling multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure and leading DevOps/SRE security and reliability initiatives.

What you'll do

• Architect and scale multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Design global deployment strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Build DevOps platforms for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes.
• Lead security initiatives across vulnerabilities, data security, and IAM.
• Own infrastructure cost optimization.
• Implement observability across logs, metrics, and traces.
• Build SRE practices, incident management, and on-call workflows.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong multi-cloud experience.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Expertise in security, cost management, and reliability.
• Strong ownership and leadership skills.
