What you'll do

• Review medical records to evaluate the necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Make coverage decisions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Advanced English language ability (domestic).
• Healthcare Utilization Management.
• Health Insurance Data Requests and Referrals.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
