HIH - Software Engineering Associate Advisor

Overview

Experienced full-stack engineer to lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and CI/CD automation.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable application solutions.
• Design and develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Implement UI/UX design principles and consistent design systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build cloud-native applications on AWS and apply scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across components.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8-11 years of experience in workforce management.
• 8+ years of software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based architecture.
• AWS cloud development experience with services including EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora (PostgreSQL), Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including REST API design/implementation and microservices.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.

Details

• Full-time role working 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work: 3 days WFO and 2 days WAH in Hyderabad, India.
• Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate; working hours 11.30AM IST to 8.30PM IST.
