HR Associate (Full Time, Remote)

Overview

HR Associate role driving talent acquisition across multiple roles and clients, owning recruitment processes from sourcing through hiring.

What you'll do

• Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain talent pipelines and source candidates from diverse channels.
• Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.
• Track candidate progress and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
