Payroll Specialist

About the role

We’re hiring for an Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding / Payroll Specialist to support U.S.-based DSP operations from a permanent work-from-home setup in India. This is a full-time role on a US night shift, where you’ll handle either driver hiring and onboarding or payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Manage driver recruitment and screening for Amazon DSP partners
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate record updates in the ATS
• Support Amazon portal onboarding, including ADP, I-9, E-Verify, background checks, and drug tests
• Review timecards, attendance, PTO, bonuses, and payroll adjustments
• Prepare payroll documentation and support compliance across multiple DSP accounts

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months of Amazon DSP experience in either Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll Operations
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently from home
• Willingness to work a US night shift and follow a 6-day work week

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting multiple Amazon DSP companies
• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting or payroll coordination
