About the role

Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for Amazon DSP Hiring, Onboarding, and Payroll Operations. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for candidates who already have hands-on Amazon DSP experience and are comfortable working the US night shift.

What you'll do

Handle driver recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for Amazon DSP operations
Manage Amazon portal onboarding, including documentation, background checks, drug tests, and E-Verify / I-9 steps
Coordinate training support, update the ATS, and keep hiring records accurate and current
Review timecards, process payroll, and manage attendance, PTO, bonuses, and payroll adjustments
Resolve payroll discrepancies, maintain compliance documentation, and support smooth end-to-end payroll operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 months of Amazon DSP experience in hiring/onboarding or payroll operations
Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP processes and either recruitment or payroll workflows
Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently from home during the US night shift, 6 days a week
