Payroll Industrial Trainee

Overview

Payroll Industrial Trainee/Intern supporting the Payroll team with payroll tasks, employee support, and accurate record keeping.

What you'll do

• Support payroll activities from basics to statutory compliance.
• Collect and verify new hire data and payroll-required forms for APAC and EMEA.
• Validate offer letters and help with payroll validation activities.
• Assist with payroll processing tasks as required by payroll specialists and managers.
• Retrieve, maintain, and collate payroll information aligned with audit requirements.
• Prepare consolidated payroll reports for year-end activities and support audit requirements.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and prepare payroll statements/reports.

What you'll need

• Be a CA Intern and eligible for industrial training.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Show strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Have proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
• Some experience in payroll processing or accounting is preferred.

• Exposure includes payroll support for APAC and EMEA countries.
• Supports payroll reconciliation/fluxes by supporting the GL team on payroll Recons and Fluxes.
