Associate Analyst, Customer Onboarding

Overview

Associate Analyst, Customer Onboarding supports customer onboarding and account setup through accurate data entry and customer documentation analysis.

What you'll do

• Perform high-volume data entry with precision in company systems.
• Analyze customer-submitted documents to define setup parameters.
• Update customer master records to meet organizational standards.
• Assist in building and maintaining customer master data for new accounts.
• Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and escalate for resolution.
• Follow established onboarding workflows and procedures for consistency.

What you'll need

• Less than 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, data entry, account management, customer operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex information.
• Experience with or ability to execute precise data entry tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Quality Specialists and internal teams.
• Certification in data administration or customer service is preferred.
