Hr Business Partner

Overview

As People Partner, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit for the assigned division, working on the HRBP, operations and HR initiatives for the Bengaluru/Chennai location.

What you'll do

• Implement Human Resources programs and practices for the respective business unit(s).
• Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience.
• Drive engagement activities for the specific BU and for the Bengaluru/Chennai location.
• Work with business leaders and the HR director to implement business-unit-specific HR programs and employee connects.
• Work with the respective HR leads on workforce analytics and design interventions accordingly.
• Track, analyse and report HR metrics with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as required.
• Support retention discussions and facilitate proactive retention strategies.
• Support half-yearly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun and CSR initiatives.
• Implement and communicate policies and processes to team members.
• Handle employee relations, including issue/query resolution and grievance handling.
• Support various people issues, including performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity and POSH matters.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or MBA (HR) from a leading institute.
• Sound understanding of Human Resources fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and good people skills.
• Proactive nature.
