Overview
HR Digital Lead Developer - Integrations will deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions, from requirements through production support.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, confirm, and document requirements.
- Design and deliver Workday integrations end to end, including testing, cutover, and production deployment.
- Build integrations using Workday tools/frameworks such as PECI, Core Connector, EIB, Workday Studio, Orchestration, and APIs.
- Define and maintain interface specifications including field mappings and data transformations.
- Coordinate unit, system, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Provide production support covering ticket management, triage, and root-cause analysis.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Workday HR/Payroll SaaS integrations or integration delivery.
- Hands-on Workday Integrations experience including Workday Studio, Orchestration, APIs, and configuration (typically 5–6 years active configuration).
- Working knowledge of PECI, Core Connector, and EIB.
- Proficiency with web services and integration/security technologies including REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, PGP, and SAML.
- Experience producing requirements, functional/technical specifications, interface designs, and field mappings.
- Experience supporting unit/system/UAT and release/regression testing cycles.
- Experience with change request and ticketing processes/tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
