Human Resources Intern

We’re seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our team in a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you’ll support end-to-end recruiting activities while building a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you’ll help coordinate candidate communications, assist with screening and scheduling, and contribute to improving hiring workflows. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Support talent acquisition & management tasks such as candidate tracking, organizing resumes, and maintaining hiring documentation.
• Help screen applications and support early-stage interviews by reviewing profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, system updates, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR and candidate data while supporting compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role needs and contribute to continuous improvements in recruiting procedures.
• Participate in recruitment-related reports and assist with metrics such as pipeline status and applicant flow.
• Support onboarding coordination activities by preparing documents and assisting with pre-joining follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and building a career in HR.
• Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and candidate journey principles.
• Good communication skills with a professional, approachable candidate-facing demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized, follow processes, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, HR tools, and structured documentation.
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to learn from feedback and SOPs.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree related to HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
