Job description
Overview
A 6-month internship to coordinate and manage HR operations and Fun@Work initiatives at the country level, covering recruitment, operational activities, fun at work, employee communication and employee relations.
What you'll do
- Work on JDExpert for the talent acquisition process
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process
- Review policies and fill in gaps between global, regional and local policy
- Participate in or facilitate fun@work, wellness and CSR activities
- Facilitate the local monthly newsletter for associates
- Support HR operation activities
- Ideate on and execute the employee onboarding experience
- Work on ad hoc reports and requirements
What you'll need
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- 3 months or more of prior experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a similar field
