Overview

Industrial Trainee role in the Career Program at Johnson & Johnson, based in Mumbai, India, supporting Financial Planning & Analysis or Project Management work.

What you'll do

• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct aligned with the J&J Credo.
• Maintain operational excellence for roles assigned in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Project Management.
• Strive for continuous improvement and process optimization in assigned areas.
• Execute global strategies and solutions in accordance with taxonomy.
• Collaborate with Process SMEs and Operational Key Contacts to ensure cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process alignment.
• Maintain thorough documentation and promote consistency of global standards.
• Generate innovative ideas and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and execute improvements.

What you'll need

• Completed 1st year of Articleship in CA course.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Open-minded, adaptable to rapid change, and receptive to new technologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Flexibility to work in shifts to align with global teams across Asia.
• Willingness to lead or participate in regional, global, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Preference from a reputed CA firm and/or CA Inter cleared with a rank.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage fluid situations pragmatically.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Digital literacy with a focus on automation and intelligent tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
