Overview

HR Manager for India based in Mumbai, serving as HR partner to assigned local business teams.

What you'll do

• Work as HRM partner to assigned local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organisational and people development and change management.
• Support the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the Country/Cluster, e.g. development activities, small organisation or structure changes, data collection, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues.
• Equip key assigned local business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans, e.g. performance management, talent management, career management, development of teams.
• Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of human resource policies, programs and practices.
• Advise on labour law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant.
• Be responsible for the employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow-up.
• Prepare job/position descriptions.
• Initiate the recruitment process with Staffing Manager.
