HR PMO Intern

Overview

MongoDB is seeking an HR Program Management Intern to help provide an optimized employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and enable greater workforce capacity by transforming and simplifying People processes and systems.

What you'll do

• Work on meaningful, real-world HR projects from the start, including helping with presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Leaders, Finance, HRIS, and stakeholders.
• Wrangle large amounts of data and explore new data sets.
• Solve problems in ambiguous situations and present fresh, innovative solutions.
• Look for ways to optimize processes.
• Work with individuals across multiple countries and regions and time zones.

What you'll need

• Be in the process of receiving a Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• Full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks, from May until July.
• Hybrid working model: expected to be in the office 3-5 days a week.
• Paired with a mentor for the duration of the internship.
