HR Service Delivery Specialist

Overview

HR Service Delivery Specialist role managing US payroll processes using the Workday tool, with a focus on Workday US Payroll.

What you'll do

• Manage the US Payroll process.
• Guide and coach the team on clarifications needed.
• Support the team related to the Workday tool.
• Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Payroll - Workday Payroll (primary skill).
• End-to-end US Payroll experience with Workday tool.
• Payroll experience into US International and Workday tool.
• English (Domestic) - Intermediate.
