HRIS Analyst

Overview

Own Menlo Security's HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, Ashby ATS, ticketing, integrations, analytics, and automation. Serve as an independent strategic partner to HR leadership by improving data quality and surfacing workforce insights.

What you'll do

• Own administration, configuration, access, and data integrity across HR platforms.
• Architect, maintain, and improve integrations across the HR technology stack.
• Build Tableau dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, compensation, and workforce trends.
• Configure Ashby workflows and ensure accurate HRIS data flow for new hires.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and cross-system data reliability.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve People team processes and reporting.
• Surface workforce insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
• Experience owning an enterprise HRIS such as Rippling, BambooHR, or HiBob.
• Hands-on experience managing an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience architecting HR system integrations and leading HR technology implementations.
• Experience building people analytics dashboards in Tableau or a comparable BI tool.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or data pipeline tooling.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Location: United States, distributed.
• Base salary: $90,000–$130,000 yearly.
