Human Resources Generalist

Overview

Human Resources Generalist / People Advisor role supporting management and employees on a broad range of people-related topics.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations, report findings, and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate pay transparency-related requests for the Americas.
• Support workplace accommodations requests.
• Handle day-to-day cases in ServiceNow according to SLAs.
• Demonstrate understanding of Workday HRIS functions.
• Explore and implement HR automation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant HR experience in a multi-state environment with an employee relations focus.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment practices, policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong proactive and collaborative ability across cross-cultural and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and HRIS (preferably Workday).
• Familiarity with PowerBI reporting and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PHR (or equivalent) certification is strongly desired.

Details

• Main tasks are US-focused, with opportunities to collaborate on global projects.
• Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%).
