Human Resources Generalist

Overview

Human Resources Generalist / People Advisor role in North America, focused on US-based HR support to employees and managers.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations, report findings, and take appropriate action.
• Provide coaching, support, and guidance to managers and employees.
• Coordinate pay transparency-related requests for the Americas.
• Handle day-to-day cases and resolutions in ServiceNow in line with SLAs.
• Support HR automation initiatives and collaborate on global HR projects/processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant HR experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong employee relations focus.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, procedures, and state/federal employment laws.
• High degree of confidentiality.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and HRIS functions (preferably Workday).
• Experience/comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI reporting.

Details

• Location: existing Ramboll office locations within the USA; remote locations will be considered.
• Occasional travel: less than 5%.
