Overview

Deliver HR analytics work that turns workforce and HR process data into actionable insights and decision support for business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Analyze HR data and solve moderately complex business problems.
• Assess the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop new analytical solutions by leveraging and adapting established methods and procedures.
• Apply Python, data science and text analytics as relevant to business needs.
• Interpret the strategic direction set by senior management and align analysis to team goals.
• Collaborate with peers and engage client or Accenture management stakeholders as needed.
• Prioritize assignments, maintain quality and communicate findings clearly.
• Seek guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Make decisions that support team outcomes.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• HR analytics.
• Text analytics.
• Python and data science.
• Strong analytical problem solving, adaptability, collaboration, quality orientation, quick learning and workload prioritization.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR process effectiveness analysis, workforce insights, visualization and translating analytical outputs into business recommendations.
