I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst

Overview

Hands-on development, automation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, covering both recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, in close partnership with the Reporting Manager.

What you'll do

• Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications
• Build new advanced, matrix, trended and composite reports and calculated fields in Workday
• Modify or maintain existing reports and calculated fields in Workday
• Extract and prepare data from Workday and/or other HR systems for reporting and analysis
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing
• Maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources
• Collaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks
• Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling

What you'll need

• Any graduation
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Advanced Workday Reporting
• Reporting and visualizations
• HR domain knowledge (WFM, TA, TR, L&D, TM, Payroll)
• Advanced Excel
• Email writing skills
• Problem solving skills (analytical skills, collaborative thinking or adaptability to change)
• Verbal communication: sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation
• Customer service, stakeholder management, service delivery management, time management, operations management
• Workday PRISM
• Workday Discovery Boards and Worksheets
• Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
