Overview

Serve as a Life Sciences SAP functional consultant focused on process excellence, AI transformation, SAP Business AI, and SAP Joule. Shape and implement SAP solutions across supply chain, sales, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and Life Sciences processes.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify AI opportunities across Life Sciences SAP functions.
• Design AI-ready processes and SAP solutions across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and quality.
• Configure SAP modules, master data, and integration touchpoints.
• Deploy SAP Business AI capabilities and enable users on SAP Joule.
• Design and orchestrate agent workflows for multi-step SAP processes.
• Redesign and optimize processes for clinical, regulatory, and safety workflows.
• Assess data readiness and support AI adoption in GxP-compliant environments.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience.
• Experience conducting client workshops and capability assessments in Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of SAP Business AI and SAP Joule.
• Experience with SAP functional configuration and integration.
• Understanding of GxP compliance and validation considerations.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks and platforms applicable to SAP and Life Sciences.
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience in at least one relevant domain.

Nice to have

• AI prototyping with GenAI and agent builders.
• Experience with Celonis, Signavio, or Soroco.
• Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• SQL and Python basics.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, data visualization, or business analysis.
