- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins with zero-downtime releases, automated rollback, canary/blue-green deployments, GitOps branching, and embedded SAST/DAST security controls.
- Configure and maintain CCaaS platform integrations across Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9 for real-time streaming and batch data ingestion.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines covering transcription, enrichment, scoring, normalization, PII detection and redaction, and compliance-aligned data retention workflows.
- Deploy and manage containerized application components using Kubernetes across AWS/Azure/GCP and on-premises environments with full-stack observability including metrics, log aggregation, anomaly detection, and incident alerting.
- Lead client-facing infrastructure and data discovery workshops; advise on deployment model selection, CI/CD strategy, and connector architecture prior to onboarding.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks; develop phased delivery roadmaps aligned to client go-live timelines.
