IAM Analyst(Sailpoint)-Senior Associate-Cyber Managed services - Consult

Overview

Support identity and access management work within PwC's Advisory practice, focused on Cyber, Data & Tech Risk Managed Services, including SailPoint-based solutions for client operating needs.

What you'll do

• Manage identity and access management workstreams for client security operations and service delivery
• Analyze SailPoint configurations, access requests, and lifecycle events to support identity governance activities
• Monitor identity controls, access logs, and exception trends to identify potential security issues
• Support incident response and remediation activities tied to privileged access, user provisioning, and access reviews
• Review technical requirements and translate them into identity workflows, rules, and control updates
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to address identity risks, operational gaps, and process improvements
• Document procedures, control findings, and status updates for ongoing managed service activities
• Mentor junior team members on identity governance tasks, troubleshooting methods, and service execution

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4-8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
• Demonstrating SailPoint IAM support within managed services environments
• Applying incident response, log analysis, and threat detection skills
• Collaborating across client teams on access governance tasks
• Mentoring junior team members while managing assigned workstreams
