IAM Engineer

Overview

Azure IAM Engineer responsible for engineering, administration, automation, and operational support of enterprise identity and access management platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise IAM solutions centered on Microsoft Entra ID and related services.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM provisioning standards.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring platform availability and adherence to SLA commitments.
• Monitor platform health, analyze incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Python, or REST APIs to improve efficiency.
• Manage Entra ID lifecycle activities, authentication/Conditional Access policies, and access governance processes.
• Participate in incident/problem/change/release management and 24x7 rotational support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in identity & access management and production support environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Azure MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO/Federation technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Experience supporting critical enterprise platforms in a 24x7 environment.

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Employment type: Full time.
• Office work: employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
