Senior IAM Engineer

Overview

Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for the Workforce Identity team, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Lead application onboarding and integration using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Build and support authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure MFA, and related IAM platforms.
• Handle production troubleshooting and root cause analysis for identity incidents.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational support, including off-hours and weekend coverage when required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues across enterprise environments.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph API.
• Production support and engineering environment experience.

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Work schedule: 4:45p–1:15a.
• Work model: Employees work in office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
