Overview
Support and maintain Identity & Access Management platforms and interfaces, ensuring platform availability, production support, operational stability, optimization, logging and auditing enhancements, new IAM solutions, and automation.
What you'll do
- Administer, implement, and maintain IAM-based components and interfaces across the Identity and Access Management framework.
- Support ongoing operations tasks and incidents to ensure platform availability for end users and applications.
- Provide technical solutions for production support issues.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues across shared-service security servers from production through development environments.
- Perform security system integration for Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Review IT artifacts and guide the team according to industry best standards.
- Adhere to timelines and guide the team in documenting and implementing changes.
- Provide strategic direction for production support processes, business strategy, and growth initiatives through thought leadership.
- Perform production and operational support activities, including day-to-day user requests, application alert monitoring, health checks, and incident management.
- Prepare and maintain operational activity documentation.
- Support Security Shared Services applications 24 X 7 while meeting SLA requirements.
- Work on rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and provide guidance on Incident Management, Work Order Management, Change Management, Problem Ticket Management, stakeholder communications, and rollback plans.
- Coordinate with enterprise infrastructure teams.
- Provide analytical and technical guidance to the team and recommend or take action to direct required analysis and solutions.
- Develop plans to automate operational activities.
- Work with project team members to deliver the working solution and test process for access management solutions.
- Participate in disaster recovery, Identity Governance, and certificate renewal activities for the organization.
- Work in an onsite/offshore model and shifts.
What you'll need
- A degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or an equivalent technical degree.
- At least 4-7 years of operational/support experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Scripting knowledge in Unix/Perl.
- Experience with IAM framework products including Broadcom/CA Siteminder, Broadcom/CA Directory, Broadcom/CA Identity Manager, Broadcom/CA Advance Authentication, Broadcom/CA API Gateway, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of monitoring tools including Dynatrace Synthetic, OneAgent, SiteScope/Sciencelogic, CA APM (Wily), SUMOLogic/Logstash, and TLeaf/Glassbox.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, and Confluence.
- Good exposure to containers including Kubernetes and Docker, and to AWS and Azure.
- Good exposure to application architecture and application servers/web servers including IIS and Tomcat.
- Experience with Azure AD and Azure MFA for identity lifecycle.
Details
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
- Full-time position.
- Employees work in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
- Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations.
- Working hours are 8:00p-4:30a.
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts, are required.
- Security Shared Services applications require 24 X 7 support while meeting SLA requirements.
- The role involves working in an onsite/offshore model.
