Imaging Specialist (2nd Shift) Non-Federal

Overview

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join its Imaging Centers team, preparing and scanning physical documents into high-quality digital formats.

What you'll do

• Sort, file, and remove staples from hard copy records so documents are maintained in the correct order and sequence prior to scanning.
• Operate specialized scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images that meet strict quality standards.
• Follow all established production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean and secure work environment.

What you'll need

• A High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of basic personal computer operations and physical document handling protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace, maintaining exceptional accuracy and a strong focus on detail to consistently meet production rates.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Physical capability to frequently lift and move storage boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA, US (700 Distribution Drive SW).
• Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Rate of pay: $16.75 per hour.
• Temporary-to-permanent role; not eligible for benefits until official conversion to permanent status.
