Implementation Consultant

Overview

Implementation Consultant to lead implementation and adoption of Black Duck application security solutions for customers.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation and adoption activities for Black Duck solutions.
• Design customer-ready solutions based on goals, technical environments, and success criteria.
• Plan, configure, validate, and complete end-to-end implementation work.
• Support integration of Black Duck solutions into SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.
• Advise on vulnerability management, secure development processes, testing workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Enable customer adoption from initial deployment to active usage and support adoption planning.
• Partner with account teams by providing delivery insight and identifying value opportunities.

What you'll need

• Understand application security concepts, software vulnerabilities, or secure development practices.
• Hands-on software development experience in Java, C/C++, C#, or a comparable language.
• Scripting ability with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and modern software delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• Travel: up to approximately 20% depending on customer and business needs.
• Education: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
