Implementation Specialist

Overview

Implementation Specialist on the Publisher Services team in Gurugram. You deliver and support high-quality integrations of Taboola products on publisher websites.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality implementations for the given region while meeting customer requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to bring value to publisher partners.
• Monitor and meet KPI targets including CSAT, TTD, case closure, and quality score targets.
• Investigate fraud cases and aim for faster resolution and detection.
• Run basic bulk operations using SQL queries.
• Respond to customer support inquiries via email and support ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate internally as needed.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software environment.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Python.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Strong ability to understand and implement web-based integrations.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and follow technical SLAs.
