Improper Payment Prevention Super User

Overview

Serve as a subject matter expert in the Aggregate Spend Tool (AST), managing Global Interactions transactions and supporting the EAGM region. Ensure accurate workflows, complete documentation, data integrity, and policy compliance across the transaction lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Execute IPP workflows from initiation through approval and closure.
• Translate business inputs into structured AST entries.
• Monitor workflow progress and resolve process or system bottlenecks.
• Validate transaction data and upload supporting documentation.
• Review Global Interactions Policy requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing, Proof of Delivery validation, and payments.
• Liaise with Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance, and the IPP COE to resolve queries.
