Pensions Administrator

Overview

Provide pensions administration services to customers while meeting service levels, accuracy standards, deadlines and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Administer customer requests within agreed service levels.
• Resolve oral and written customer enquiries.
• Draft non-standard correspondence.
• Collate and analyse data and produce routine reports.
• Support projects, audits and ad-hoc activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coach and train department colleagues.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in a Life and Pensions environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn multiple systems.
• Ability to build positive working relationships.
