Compensation Intern - Summer 2027

Overview

Compensation Intern (Summer 2027) with the People & Culture team, working on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights.

What you'll do

• Own a compensation-focused workstream within People & Culture.
• Analyze compensation-related information and translate findings into recommendations.
• Collaborate with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop testable solutions.

What you'll need

• Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Have excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented work ethic and data analysis skills.
• Show willingness to learn about technology.
• Be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, and more).
• Demonstrate use of AI tooling for data analysis.
• Be able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.

• Program runs June–August 2027 (10-week program).
• Location: Remote, Georgia, USA.
