Overview

People & Culture AI Transformation Intern (Summer 2027) to help Veeam’s global People & Culture team adopt AI in a strategic, responsible, and high-impact way.

What you'll do

• Design, test, and document lightweight AI workflows and agents.
• Create reusable enablement assets like checklists, templates, and role-based playbooks.
• Organize and maintain an HR agent/workflow and enablement asset library in SharePoint.
• Support an intake-to-tracking pipeline from idea to prototype to pilot.
• Track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards.
• Capture HR requirements and translate them into structured next steps.
• Evaluate AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies and help iterate for higher quality.

What you'll need

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a rising junior or senior in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot).
• Curiosity and good judgment for using AI thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Comfort exploring new tools and working through ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables, simple charts).
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and iterate quickly.

• Work mode: Remote.
• Location: Georgia, USA.
• Internship program dates: June–August 2027 (10-week program).
• Pay range: $20–$25 USD hourly.
