Human Resources Intern (Colombia)

Overview

Human Resources Intern for enabling recruiting operations for candidates in Remote/Colombia. The role will support recruiting best practices, screening, scheduling, and candidate pipeline reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Schedule and perform phone screens.
• Help implement recruiting best practice strategy.
• Assist with building an event calendar (career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups).
• Assist in candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.

What you'll need

• Be currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Have background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Demonstrate experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Be hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
